9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY 🚚

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Bembika for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products, and delivering them to you. For further information please refer to our Shipping Policy.

International Orders: For international orders, customs duties and other import charges are to be paid by you. Bembika holds no liability for these charges. If you refuse delivery for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

10. DELIVERY & UNBOXING 📦

Bembika endeavors to deliver products within the stipulated time. Please accept the delivery package only if the outer packaging is intact.

Important: Please take an unboxing/opening video before opening the package. In the absence of an unboxing video, we will not be able to support you for any claims of damage, missing products, or other discrepancies, as our logistic partners require this evidence to process a claim.

11. REFUNDS & RETURNS 🔄
